studio class Descriptions

Classes are open to EVERYONE no matter your level, gender, age, ability, size, or race this is a safe place for ALL to practice together without judgement or cruelty from teachers or other students


ALL LEVELS VINYASA

A flow based yoga class that combines breath and movement. This class offers a wide variety of postures and poses with the option for modifications and advancements. Follow your breath as we flow through poses, postures, and movements connecting to the energy around you. Props are always useful and available.

GENTLE & BEGINNER YOGA

A low intensity flow class focusing on gentle stretching, matching breath to movement, strengthening, and mobility while using lots of props. This class is open to all levels especially for beginners, anyone who has low mobility or injuries, or ones who are looking to slow down their practice and relax.

POWER VINYASA YOGA

Fast paced vigorous style vinyasa class that focuses on building strength and endurance while flowing through smooth transitions between poses guided by breath. This is a fun but quick and intense workout so be prepared to increase your heart rate and probably break a sweat.

CANDLE LIGHT RESTORATIVE & YIN

A gentle and passive form of yoga with the use of lots of props focusing on relaxation, comfort, stillness, and calm. Poses are held for longer which allows the body to fully relax into the pose and to find a deep supported stretch. This class is designed to help release stress and allow the body and mind unwind from busy everyday life.

YOGA & PILATES FUSION

This class is combination class of yoga and mat pilates moving through different sequences focusing on breath while improving flexibility, toning muscles, building strength, balance and stability. We will combine challenging yet playful movements that create a fun workout for all. Class will often use the addition of props.

MAT PILATES

A mat based Pilates class that focuses on strengthening and toning the body using body weight, props, and a mat. Designed to help improve core strength and stability, increased flexibility and range of motion, improve posture and body alignment, reduce stress, tone and strengthen whole body. This class offers a full body workout utilizing your body weight, pilates circle, bands, a small ball, and light weights. Modifications are available for most movements welcoming all levels.
